Once all of the above information has been submitted, you will receive an E-Mail from us, provided you used a valid E-Mail Address. This E-Mail contains your copy of the Milk Share Agreement. You must sign and date the Milk Share Agreement, and return a copy of the signed pages to us. Please remember to make a copy of the signed pages for your records. If we do not have a Signed Milk Share Agreement, you will not be able to enjoy the benefits of our Milk Share Program.
