A test done by Mother Earth News revealed that eggs laid by hens foraging on pasture has shown: 7 times more beta carotene, 3 times more vitamin E, 2 times more omega-3 fatty acids, 2/3 more vitamin A, 1/3 less cholesterol and 1/4 less saturated fat.

What this means is you are getting some of the most nutritious eggs available. Our chickens are free to forage and experience the natural environment. They get plenty of sunshine, fresh air, green grasses and plenty of bugs! They can be chickens!! As you can see, we take animal husbandry very serious here. These birds are raised on a natural diet that does NOT include hormones, antibiotics or chemicals. The taste of this meat is so superior to what is found in the local supermarket.
